1. Mandatory First Step
Before sending any equipment or initiating a repair process, it is required to contact our customer service team by email:
Our team will review your request and provide instructions regarding the next steps, as well as the return address if applicable. Unannounced shipments may be refused or returned to the sender.
2. Statutory Warranty
Products sold on Soundtrade.ch are subject to the statutory warranty provisions under the Swiss Code of Obligations.
Depending on the case, the product may be repaired or replaced. The applicable solution is determined after technical inspection of the product.
3. Out-of-Warranty Repairs
For products that are out of warranty or excluded from warranty coverage, a paid repair may be offered based on a quotation. In such cases, no work will be carried out without the customer’s prior approval.
Diagnostic, repair, and shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
4. Shipping Conditions for Equipment
All items must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transport. We recommend using sturdy packaging and a trackable shipping method.
The customer remains responsible for the shipment until it is received by our technical service department.
5. Limitation of Liability
Soundtrade.ch accepts no liability for damage resulting from insufficient packaging or non-compliant shipment contrary to the instructions provided by customer service.
